Fat City blasts into space this month with an out-of-this-world theme that’s sure to set the imagination running wild. The fantastic SWEET SPOTS will also be joining us for what promises to be an energetic evening packed with rhythm, space-related craft, DJs and dancing to shake away the mid-week blues.

This month Fat City are also teaming up with Cardiff’s Hitch to help raise money for Link Community Development; a fantastic charity that works hard to improve the standard of education in Africa. The Morocco and Prague Hitch sees hundreds of intrepid students hitch-hiking to far off places in an attempt to raise sponsorship for LCD along the way. Hopefully we can help give them all a good start.

Here to brighten up your midweek with funk, soul and crafty goodness, Fat City takes to Gwdihŵ each month with a steady stream of quality live music, creative craft competitions and Fat City DJs to draw you onto the dancefloor. As well as creating all manner of crafty creations, you’ll find us blending the best of funk, hip-hop, jazz, soul, beats, house and Latin.
