Ifor Bach returns to Gwdihŵ after a short hibernation through January with the perfect antidote for the long dark nights of winter. Kicking off the New Year with four stunning acoustic artists, we will soon have you dreaming of the lazy days of summer.
Headlining the evening will be Al Lewis, whose 2011 album ‘In The Wake‘ was nominated for the Welsh Music Prize, doing a rare acoustic set with songwriting partner Arwel Lloyd.
Arwel also performs under the name Gildas, who the eagle eyed amongst you will notice is the main support for the show.
Kicking of the evening will be two relatively new artists, but their musical pedigree cannot be disputed.
Greta Isaac caused a storm with her set at Sŵn last year and is on many people’s lists of artists to watch out for in 2012 while Kevin is the alter ego of Gruff Pritchard, songwriter and vocalist with top Welsh indie pop five piece Yr Ods.
