Experienced Supervisor JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE:   Experienced Supervisor

SALARY: 12-14k.

RESPONSIBLE TO: GENERAL MANAGERS

SCOPE & GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

YOU will have an outgoing personality and a love of coffee and food. You will have a high standard of personal presentation, be confident and be a clear communicator. You will need to be a self manager who is goal orientated, able to perform to deadlines and take pride in your work and organisational skills. You will like working with a diverse team of fun people, and providing great customer service.

THE POSITION is a full-time, hand- on role.  Day to day you will be making coffee, serving food, preparing food and doing general bar-work. You will open and set up the cafe/bar area in the morning, check deliveries, do daily stock checks, and ensure the venue is presentable.  You will also be a vital part of the team; you will attend weekly managers meetings, and be part of increasing the daily trade with fab new ideas and promotions! There will be some evening shifts in the role. All training will be given.
