The icing on the funkiest cake ever tasted is January’s Mise en Bouche! Péchés Mignons certainly knows how to deliver an almighty knees up and this one promises to be an extra special bright and sparklingly beautiful birthday bash indeed!

Heading the night, Cardiff based electro/retro-funk band Omega66 never fail to deliver an exhilarating concoction of self professed “stanky funk electro bop” that is guaranteed to have you diving for the dance floor. Omega66 spent a couple of years as a studio-based project kept alive by Krik but since teaming up with sweet soulful vocalist Sally Thomas in 2010, Omega 66 hasn’t looked back.
Effortlessly fusing various styles with dance music and funk, they debuted their new tracks at the Globe in May this year and many other venues soon followed including the Small Nations festival in Wales.

Their new album ‘Nools and High Horses’ features various vocalists including Sabrina Mahi and Dionne Bennett and has been credited so far for its diversity, boldness and production.

And there’s plenty more to come as principal Wah Wah DJ crew member Dom Servini (Wah Wah 45s) dispenses a potent cocktail of funk infused jazz, latin and the best of the new skool sounds.
Dom has toured all over Europe including Bari, Italy (with Nicola Conte, Rainer Trueby & Gilles Peterson) as well as the USA, Canada , Japan and he holds two specialist jazz residencies in London.

It doesn’t stop there as DJ Dave Norton (Candela) graces us with his global hip hop/electro/tropical funk record filled boxes for a night like no other!
